Accurate Costings director Clare Brackenridge has 30 years’ experience and expertise in construction working as both the Main Contractor and as a Quantity Surveyor. She has worked on building projects throughout Auckland. Clare established Accurate Costings to provide those involved in residential building projects with a friendly and approachable Quantity Surveyor who understood the pricing process from both a main contractor’s and owner’s perspective. Her aim has always been to be an independent agent acting on behalf of builders and clients ensuring there was someone you could trust when it came to preparing accurate costings for your build.

Sarah has Quantity Surveying in her blood, something she inherited from her father who enjoyed a successful Quantity Surveying career. Sarah joined Accurate Costings in 2019 wanting more of a challenge while still focused on client satisfaction. She understands, no matter who she is working with – homeowner, architect, designer or builder – all have the same need for accuracy and efficiency. Sarah’s many repeat clients rely on her accuracy, honesty and ability to access a design brief clearly and provide sound value management advice.
